avembsys: the first session

today we attended the first session of avembsys.. the feel was pretty good.. knowing that we would be implementing something with not just myself as before.. but with others as well.. the  session started with giving intro of all and what they expected from avembsys.. the interaction was surprisingly better than anything that i had expected with the guide taking each person's views and telling what he feels about it and what they can do to actually follow them. We then had a very interesting session where people used to give their ideas that they had in mind and the rest of the class would comment on it. In this i liked asad's comment very much on many of the ideas including the survivor detector using capacitance effect. that was the moment that i had most fun through out the day :).
I also presented mine and manoj's idea on body voltage and the response that i got was something unexpected. the guide actually heard me and suggested what to do from there (which usually tend to get ignored ) and now.. after coming home i tried implementing it again with a certain enhancement and the output is pretty remarkable and i am hoping that we will be able to get something out of this experiment :). We'll probably be verifying it again tomoro and hoping for a positive result.
All in all.. i liked the way that the class went and I didnt even realize how the time passed from 2 to 5!. and I am wishing that the rest of the sessions also goes smoothly and interactively as it did today.

TILL TOMORROW
CHEERS :)
